In commemoration of Singapore Heritage Festival and IHC’s 2nd Year Anniversary, a Tamil street theatre production based on the hidden stories of four streets in Little India, namely Norris Road, Campbell Lane, Serangoon Road and Race Course Road, was staged outside IHC, using only four actors.
